RETURNS

All return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned after seven (7) days from the delivery date.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products.
  • Electrical or electronic products that have been installed, commissioned, or used.
  • Clearance, promotional, discounted, or non-returnable items.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email the following details to our customer support team:

  • Order ID
  • Product Name / Product Code
  • Quantity to Return
  • Reason for Return
  • Copy of Invoice

Upon review of your request, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for returning the product.

After receiving the RAN, securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Important: Products returned without prior approval and a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, damaged product, or shipping error.

We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service. Rinstruments shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the product is found to be opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original packaging, Rinstruments reserves the right to reject the refund request or deduct applicable charges from the refund amount.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To facilitate verification, please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the damage, defect, or discrepancy

Upon verification, Rinstruments will arrange for a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect products supplied by Rinstruments.

Exchange processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Special-order items.
  • Installed or used instruments.
  • Electrical or electronic products after installation or usage.
  • Clearance, promotional, discounted, or non-returnable products.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Returned products must be received in the same condition as delivered. Products found to be opened, used, damaged, missing components, or not returned in their original packaging may be rejected for return or may qualify only for a partial refund at Rinstruments' sole discretion.
