ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- Large-volume orders or specialized products may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Requests to modify the delivery address must be submitted before the order has been dispatched.
To request an address change, please contact our support team with your Order ID and updated shipping details.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery addresses cannot be modified.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed:

- Remaining items will be shipped once stock becomes available.

TRACKING INFORMATION
